Hello! Stefan's year review so far...
1The ability to organise my work independenly and without supervision AND maintain a standard of work that is synonymous with the word quallity. For this I will use the VAST transfer which was a big task. One that required me to manage my own workload, manage relationship with the client ( Danni in this case ) and I truly believe this has been a success. I am so confident in the achievements while I worked on this project, that I would suggest to get Danni to rate my work / give feedback. It is only fair like that as I don’t want to keep blowing my own whistle

2The ability to not spam you for the most part of the year.

3I have been on a year long journey to discover my self-worth and become a better human in the process. This month marked 1 year since I left Encapsulate ( which happend during a critical period of unresolved personal matters ) and I would like to believe that I learned a lot from that and I know I worked really hard to improve my state of being ( mostly anixety ) to not let it again ruin my relationships with people I enjoy being around.
4I also believe that, in the recent light of more expensive websites we sold (Nutrishield, Cottam) , I have what it takes to deliver solid designs that raise up to the standard that is / will be required for those and future projects likewise.
5I hope that the fact that I still put ” how Encapsulate looks” , ” how Encapsulate can do better ” above all other things… I hope it still showed during this year. I think that is rare nowadays and it’s only because of the connection we developed in those…well believe it or not..soon to be 3 years !!!

We should have a meeting and dicuss my future at encapsulate going forward.
